Following on from an accusatory email sent out by the Effenbert Liberty Ducati World Superbike squad on Sunday night, another one has appeared which confirms the attendance of their three riders this weekend, but the 'Effenbert' bit was fairly conspicuous by its absence.
And it was whispered last night by a man who parks things for a living that the Effenbert hostility vehicle would not be in evidence at Donington, according to the docket he had in front of him.
So, after Sunday's massive dummy spit which saw the team accuse WSBK of all manner including only listening to Max Biaggi and Carlos Checa (but not in so many words) and threatening not to come out to play any more, it seems their title sponsors have done just that. We shall find out more at the Leicestershire track tomorrow.
