Scottish road racer Mark Buckley has died
The Loch Lomond man was killed in an accident during the Superstock race at today's North West 200. He was due to race in this year's Isle of Man TT with the Splitlath Redmond squad alongside Mark Miller.
"We are devastated by the news that 35 year old Scottish rider Mark Buckley has died in hospital following an incident during the Superstock race at today’s International North West 200. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Jayne and we extend our deepest sympathies to the entire family circle. There were no other riders involved in the incident," said NW200 Mervyn Whyte.
