Germany WSBK: 'Relaxed' Lowes pleased with Supersport front row

PTR Honda's Sam Lowes says he is relaxed about tomorrow's World Supersport clash at the Nurburgring and is expecting the usual suspects to be in contention for the win.

The Lincolnshire rider didn't take any risks during the final qualifying session and was content to come in second behind team-mate and pole man Jules Cluzel.

"That was really good, I am happy with my Bogdanka PTR Honda and with the pace we had this morning for the race. In qualifying I didn't feel the need to bite the screen - it is clear the race is going to be me, Jules and Kenan as usual," said Lowes.

"Instead I worked on the bike a bit more and we have got something to try in the morning now. I used the session to learn rather than just go for pole; I used my head and I am ready for the race, which is the important bit. There's not a lot in it, I am relaxed, let's see what we can do tomorrow."
