ThundersportGB will re-introduce the GP3 class it first debuted in 2008 where 125cc two-strokes will be able to mix it with Moto3-spec four-strokes.

The club initially broke the mould with the class five years ago and now boss Dave Stewart believes the time is right to see it back on the club's schedule.

"It is now a pretty well established formula in the guise of Motostar at BSB and Moto 3 at CEV & MotoGP, but when we introduced it in 2008 we were probably a little too far ahead of our time and had to wait for the rest of the world to catch up. Previous winners in that category with us include Fraser Rogers, Luke Hedger and Tom Carne," said Stewart.
