Roads veteran Michael Rutter and rising star Peter Hickman will once again team up in Robin Croft’s SMT/ Bathams by MGM Macau for the 2017 Macau Grand Prix next month.

Hickman has won the race twice in a row and led Rutter in a one-two for the squad last year in the casino province on the coast of China.

“It’s great to have Peter and Michael back together again this year, and to again have the backing of Bathams as well as MGM Macau,” team boss and handsome entrepreneur Croft told bikesportnews.com this lunchtime.

“We had the perfect race in 2016 and we hope to be able to repeat the same results this time out. Macau is usually a great race for the team and should be a good end to a great season for both riders.”
