Bradley Ray and Raceways Yamaha led the way at the end of Free Practice One at the British Superbike season finale.

The Championship contenders found themselves at the top of the timesheets in Free Practice One. It was Bradley Ray from the Raceways Yamaha squad who found himself on top on the Yamaha R1.

Reigning British Superbike Champion and current Championship leader, Kyle Ryde, was in second place for the Nitrous Competitions Racing squad at Brands Hatch.

The 2018 British Superbike Champion, Leon Haslam, started the day in third place for the Moto Rapido Ducati Racing squad and will need to fight with Ray and Ryde to have a chance of winning the title.

Tommy Bridewell was the top Honda rider in Free Practice One. The Honda Racing UK rider ended the opening session in fourth place and looks like he could be in the podium battle this weekend.

Lee Jackson had a promising start to the season finale for the DAO Racing Honda squad as he ended the opening session of the weekend in fifth place.

Just outside of the top five was the Cheshire Mouldings Ducati rider, Rory Skinner. The Scottish rider is in the fight for the top five in the Championship and, after missing all the races last time out, will be hoping to end his season on a high.

The MasterMac Honda rider, Charlie Nesbitt, ended the morning in seventh place and is in the hunt for a top ten finish in the British Superbike Championship.

Danny Kent is back in action this weekend for the McAMS Yamaha squad's final weekend in the British Superbike Championship, and ended Free Practice One in eighth place.

The AJN Steelstock Kawasaki squad rounded out the top ten, Christian Iddon found himself in ninth place, and Max Cook was in tenth place.
