BSB Cadwell Park, Race Three Results | Kyle Ryde takes the lead of the British Superbike Championship

Kyle Ryde has taken control of the British Superbike Championship after winning Race Three at Cadwell Park.

After winning the final race of the weekend at Cadwell Park, Kyle Ryde has taken the lead of the British Superbike Championship for the first time this season.

Andrew Irwin was able to secure his third podium finish of the weekend as he finished in second place and was 2.909 seconds behind Ryde at the chequered flag.

Honda Racing UK were able to finish in second and third place, as behind Irwin was the 2023 British Superbike Champion, Tommy Bridewell, in third place.

The AJN Steelstock Kawasaki squad rounded out their weekend with a fourth and fifth finish, with Christian Iddon in fourth and Max Cook in fifth.

Storm Stacey was inside the top ten in all three races at Cadwell Park; the Bathams AJN Racing BMW rider ended his weekend in sixth place.

The top Ducati rider in Race Three on Sunday evening was the Moto Rapido Ducati Racing rider, Leon Haslam, in seventh place. He was closely followed by the Hager PBM Ducati rider, Scott Redding, who ended his weekend in eighth.

Completing the top ten were the MasterMac and DAO Racing Hondas of Charlie Nesbitt and Josh Brookes, who finished in ninth and tenth place.

Bradley Ray ended his weekend with a 12th-place finish in Race Three and lost the lead of the Championship.
