BSB Knockhill, Combined Practice Results | Storm Stacey remained in control on Friday

With his best time set in Free Practice One, Storm Stacey remained in control of the timesheets at Knockhill.

Storm Stacey remained at the top of the timesheets across the opening day of track action at Knockhill. The Bathams AJN Racing BMW rider set his best time in Free Practice One, which remained at the top throughout Free Practice Two.

Danny Kent was also able to remain in second place from his best lap time that he set in Free Practice One on the McAMS Yamaha.

The first change on the timesheets was the two-time British Superbike Champion, Josh Brookes. The DAO Racing Honda rider ended Day One inside the top five as he finished in third place.

After a slow morning for the British Superbike Championship leader, Bradley Ray was back inside the top ten with a fourth-place finish in Free Practice Two.

Completing the top five was once again the AJN Steelstock Kawasaki rider of Christian Iddon.

Lee Jackson was three places behind his DAO Racing Honda teammate as he ended the opening day of Practice in sixth place on the CBR1000RR-R.

The top Ducati rider at the end of the opening day was the home hero, Rory Skinner. The Scottish rider was in seventh place on the Cheshire Mouldings Ducati Panigale V4 R.

Tommy Bridewell ended his day in eighth place on the Honda Racing UK machine, and he was joined by fellow Honda rider Fraser Rogers who was in ninth.

Completing the top ten was the 2018 British Superbike Champion, Leon Haslam. The Moto Rapido Ducati Racing started his day outside of the top ten but made progress in Free Practice Two.
