Airwaves Yamaha boss Colin Wright has said there will not be any team orders issued this weekend at the Cadwell Park British Superbike round in order for Leon Camier to wrap up the title.
The Kent youngster needs to leave Lincolnshire on Monday with an extra 21-points over third-placed man Stuart Easton in order for GSE Racing, under the Airwaves banner, to win their fifth BSB title.
And Wright is welcoming the return of Worx Suzuki's Sylain Guintoli, who is the only man to have won a race this year who isn't on a blue and white Yamaha R1, to the series.
"There's no need for team orders. In fact, we might ask Leon to help James out to try and secure second place," joked Wright when he spoke to bikesportnews.com this morning.
"In fact, we're really looking forward to having Sylvain (Guintoli) back as we have missed him. It's good for the championship and if he's running at the front, he might take some points from Stuart, which can only help us."
