After a crash in Race Two, both Blaze Baker and Danny Webb have been declared unfit for the final race of the weekend.

The second British Superbike race of the weekend at Thruxton was halted due to a Red Flag for an incident involving Danny Webb and Blaze Baker.

Baker crashed on the fifth lap of the race, and Webb collided with Baker's Honda CBR1000RR-R.

After the incident, Baker was able to walk away from the crash, but Webb was left stranded in the circuit and needed medical attention.

The conditions of both riders have been confirmed; both Baker and Webb have suffered concussions, and Webb also dislocated his shoulder during the crash.

Neither the South African nor the British rider will be able to compete in the final race of the weekend.

A brief social media statement from British Superbikes said:

"MEDICAL UPDATE: Bennetts BSB Race 2

"Danny Webb sustained a dislocated shoulder and a concussion.

"Blaze Baker suffered a concussion.

"Both riders are unfit for the remainder of the event."
