GBmoto Racing have today announced Tristan Palmer will spearhead their assault on the 2012 British Superbike Championship when the squad moves up from Superstock 1000s next season.
Palmer has campaigned a Fireblade for them all of this year and is currently fourth in the points table even after having 50 points docked for running illegal motors. The team haven't yet said on what bikes they will be racing next season.
"I'm very pleased to sign for GBmoto Racing again for 2012. The team are very professional and have done everything the right way this year. I had a number of other options to choose from for next year, but GBmoto Racing have big plans, which I want to be part of. I know they will have the bikes, infrastructure and people in place to make a really strong attack at BSB in 2012. I'm excited by the new BSB rules, as they should really level the playing field," said Palmer.
