Our colleagues at Visordown have learned that Honda Racing UK have parted ways with Team Manager, Havier Beltran.
With three rounds remaining of the British Superbike Championship, Havier Beltran has left Honda employment with 'immediate effect'.
It has not been confirmed why the Team Manager of Honda Racing UK has parted ways with the company ahead of the Showdown.
However, in a statement to our colleagues at Visordown, Honda Racing UK confirmed his departure.
"A Honda spokesperson has confirmed that Havier Beltran has left Honda employment with immediate effect. All operational questions should be referred to Neil Fletcher, the Head of Racing Department in HME."
It has not been confirmed if the decision to part ways with Beltran is related to racing or if other reasons have led to the surprise decision.
The 2025 British Superbike Championship has not been as successful as the 2024 season for the Honda Racing UK squad.
Across the eight rounds of the current British Superbike season, Honda Racing UK have secured a race win and seven further podiums. The 2023 British Superbike Champion, Tommy Bridewell, is seventh in the standings, and Andrew Irwin finds himself in 11th place.
Honda Racing UK are no longer a realistic title contender heading into the final three rounds of the season, as Bridewell is 154 points behind Kyle Ryde in the Championship standings.
A replacement for Beltran at Honda Racing UK has not been confirmed.
