Storm Stacey is 'really looking forward' to racing at Snetterton this weekend on a 'competitive bike'.

Round Three of the 2025 British Superbike Championship will take place at Snetterton this weekend, which is also the same venue where Strom Stacey took his maiden victory in 2024.

Since taking his first win on a Kawasaki, Stacey claimed one more podium before switching to the Bathams AJN Racing Team and jumping on the BMW M1000RR.

After a promising opening round of the season at Oulton Park, the second round of the season was underwhelming for Stacey as he was not able to score a point at Donington Park.

However, this weekend he is 'really excited' to race at Snetterton on a 'competitive bike'.

"Chapter 2025 and coming to Snetterton I think it is going to be a very interesting weekend," Stacey told BritishSuperbike.com.

"For the first time in my career, I am really excited to come and race at Snetterton as I think the win from last year has definitely helped but being on a competitive bike on long straights is something I am really looking forward to trying out - the Bentley Straight is going to be a lot of fun!

"I am looking forward to the races at Snetterton as Donington at the last round was tough for us as a team, so we want to get out the other side of that now as I am refreshed, chilled out and ready to storm some damage!"

After five races in the 2025 season Stacey sits 10th in the British Superbike Championship as the top BMW rider on 23 points.
