Scott Redding left Thruxton on a positive note after 'improving all weekend' at a track where Ducati struggle.
Heading into the Thruxton British Superbike Round, it was expected that the Ducati riders would struggle as the Italian manufacturer usually struggles in Hampshire.
However, Hager PBM Ducati rider, Scott Redding, left his third round of the season in a positive mood after having 'loads of fun' around 'Spin City'.
The 2019 British Superbike Champion may not have secured the best results throughout the weekend, but was able to improve across the three races.
In the opening race of the weekend, Redding was not able to improve on his qualifying position and ended Race One in 11th place.
However, on Sunday, he broke into the top ten in both races as he finished in seventh and eighth in Races Two and Three.
"Round up of Spin City, baby," Redding said on his social media after the race weekend.
"Loads of fun at Thruxton! Absolutely massive crowds, we did our best on a track that our bike just doesn’t seem to like.
"We improved all weekend, and the last race I threw even the kitchen sink at it, but with three laps to go, my rear tyre left the chat. Next stop, Cadwell Park."
After completing this third weekend in the 2025 British Superbike Championship, Redding has moved up from 12th to 11th place in the standings and is two points behind the top ten.
