NW200 Yamaha's Dan Linfoot reckons he is going to get a sign on his pitboard dedicated to Steve Plater's position to stop the 40-year-old Honda man nicking British Supersport races on the last lap.
The youngster has been mugged by Plater in the closing stages on more than one occasion this season and says that he now wants his team to help him keep tabs on the Lincolnshire rider.
"A couple of times Steve has come right through the pack and gone past me with one or two laps to go. By that time, there's nothing I can do about it as we haven't been racing together so I don't know where he is fast and slow," said Linfoot, talking to bikesportnews while mucking out his carvan this morning.
"At Thruxton, he went backwards off the start put came through while me and Billy were battling. I am going to get my team to put a signal on my pitboard so I know where he is and how quick he is going so I can be ready for it.
"I am happy with another podium at the weekend but I think I need to start on the aggression sandwiches again and win some races. I know points make prizes but I want to win now."
