Kyle Ryde claimed his second British Superbike Championship with the Nitrous Competitions Racing Team.
After winning his first British Superbike Championship in 2024, Kyle Ryde was able to go back-to-back in the Championship and secured his second title in the 2025 season.
It was a difficult start to the 2025 season for the reigning British Superbike Champion, as the OMG Racing team were set to withdraw from racing before the season began. Nitrous Competitions came in at the last minute to save the team and kept Ryde on the grid for 2025.
Throughout the 33 races in the 2025 British Superbike Championship, Ryde claimed six race wins, secured 15 further podiums, and was able to finish every race throughout the season.
The reigning British Superbike Champion looked like he would have to be second best to Raceways Yamaha and Bradley Ray this season after the 2022 Champion claimed 10 race wins in the opening 12 races of the season.
However, when his title rival crashed out of three races, Ryde was able to capitalise and was able to take a healthy lead in the British Superbike Championship for the Nitrous Competitions Racing squad.
Ryde and Ray took the title fight to the final race weekend of the season, after being beaten by their rival in the opening race of the weekend. Ryde was able to fight back in Race Two as he finished in second place, before wrapping up the title with a 6th place in the final race of the season.
