Bradley Perie will not see through his two-year deal with Lee Hardy Racing after it was confirmed the two parties have parted ways ahead of the 2024 British Superbike Championship [BSB].
The 23-year old began the year among one of a handful of young rookie prospects making their debut in the BSB class after penning a two-year deal with renowned talent scout Lee Hardy and his VisionTrack Racing team, with backing from Kawasaki UK.
However, the 2022 British Supersport Championship runner-up would go on to endure a character building maiden campaign in the headline category, largely overshadowed by fellow newcomers Charlie Nesbitt and Max Cook.
Though his results would improve during the second-half of the season, Perie would go on to end the season only 19th in the overall standings.
Intimating that Perie has a deal lined up elsewhere in another series, Lee Hardy Racing posted a short statement to Twitter/X confirming the split.
“Lee Hardy Racing are announcing that they will be releasing Bradley Perie with immediate effect from the second year of his British Superbike contract to allow him to compete within another British Championship.
“The team would like to wish Bradley all the success in 2024.”
