Lee Jackson will have to watch Round Six of the British Superbike Championship from the sidelines as he recovers from injuries.
The DAO Racing Honda squad have announced that they will be without Lee Jackson for Round Six of the British Superbike Championship at Thruxton.
After a crash in Race Three at Brands Hatch, Jackson has been declared not fit for this weekend's action in Hampshire.
In a statement on social media, DAO Racing Honda did not declare what injuries Jackson is dealing with. However, there was a mention of 'a potential fracture in his left foot' after the Brands Hatch race weekend.
The team have not announced if they will field a replacement rider on Jackson's bike, but has confirmed that 'further announcements from the team will be released'.
DAO Racing Honda's full social media statement reads:
"Due to injuries sustained during Race Three at Brands Hatch in the Bennetts British Superbike Championship, Lee Jackson will not be fit to compete in round six at Thruxton this weekend.
"The team wish Lee a smooth and speedy recovery.
"Further announcements from the team will be released in due course."
The 2025 British Superbike Championship has been a difficult season for Lee Jackson as he sits 16th in the standings.
Since joining DAO Racing Honda at the start of the year, his best result has been an eighth place at Oulton Park and Brands Hatch.
