WFR Honda's Alex Lowes says he was happy to scrap with the British Superbike big boys during the Oulton Park double header on Monday and recokons he is looking for more of the same.
The Linconshire rider, who is running an Evo-spec Fireblade, was dicing with the Relentless Suzuki of Josh Brookes and Stuart Easton's MSS Kawasaki in race two but was forced to give best to the more power full Superbikes as the race wore on.
“I am pretty happy with the weekend here and really enjoyed both races even though the pace was hot. To be running with the ‘big boys’ was a mega experience and I want more of the same and will be working for that. Winning both races put me well clear in the BSB-EVO class, but I am hungry for more and will be working for that," said Lowes.
