GBMoto Honda's Tristan Palmer has got his 2012 British Superbike pre-season testing schedule underway with two days at the Alcarras track in Spain and already the former National Superstock front-runner is happy with his progress.
Palmer, along with team-mate Luke Quigley, are bedding in their new Fireblades for the new season with much of the work focusing on new Motec electronics which are now mandatory in the BSB class.
“Very pleased with the bike so far and still making lots of changes every session. We are taking big steps forward and the GBmoto Honda is working really well already. Alcarras seems to be a great track to test at and the good weather so far is a big help. The team are working really well with all the new kit. I am quite happy," said Palmer.
