Despite winning nine of the eleven British Superbike races that have happened this season, Bradley Ray knows he can still improve.
This weekend, British Superbikes returns to Brands Hatch, which happens to be the home round for the Championship leader, Bradley Ray.
Ray has not been back to Brands Hatch since he left British Superbikes at the end of 2022 to go and race in the World Superbike Championship.
However, after an 'unbelievable' start to the 2025 season, Ray is eager to return to his home circuit as he expects another positive weekend on board his Raceways Yamaha R1.
Ray said: "I’m really looking forward to Brands Hatch, it’s my home round and I enjoy the circuit and the crowd is always so good there.
"I missed the circuit a lot while away in World Superbikes, and I’m really excited to return. Historically, the Yamaha R1 has performed well there, so we’re hopeful for another positive weekend.
"It’s been an unbelievable start to 2025, but we have to keep our feet on the ground and keep working the way we are to always try and improve.
"I just want to carry on the work we are going as a team and maximise every session and every race. It will be important to get as much information for when we come back at the last round.
"I’m ready to fight and give it my all as always!"
Across the opening 11 races of the 2025 British Superbike Championship, Ray has been victorious in nine of them, only missing out in Race Two at Oulton Park and Race Three at Knockhill.
The 28-year-old is also leading the standings by 52 points; he currently leads the way from OMG Nitrous Competitions Racing rider Kyle Ryde.
