Former MCE British Superbike rider Keith Farmer will replace the injured Luke Jones in the Tsingtao MV Agusta Supersport squad after a successful test at Donington Park.

Farmer has been without a ride since he parted company with PR Kawasaki at the end of 2013 but will be making a return to racing when he lines out for Tsingtao MV at Thruxton.

“I had so many calls and emails from riders wanting to sit in for Luke, it was quite a shock really. I think Keith is the right man for the job,” team boss Dave Tyson told bikesportnews.com
