Jorge Lorenzo has been denied a chance to play a part in the Court for Arbitration in Sport’s hearing with Movistar Yamaha MotoGP team-mate Valentino Rossi.
Lorenzo’s lawyers filed a Request for Intervention in the case with CAS presumably so Lorenzo could tell him exactly what he thought of Rossi and the Sepang situation but CAS have, in their wisdom, told the Spaniard to wind his neck in and the CAS arbitration will continue between The Doctor Rossi and the FIM only.
