Red Bull Ajo's Danny Kent has qualified in fifth for tomorrow's MotoGP 125cc race at Indianapolis after being on the front row with ten minutes left to go but was bumped off the front row by a late lap from Sandro Cortese.
Kent was sitting pretty in fourth place on a 1'49.256, just a second off the pace before Cortese went into second place on a 1'48.919. Nico Terol took pole position on a 1'48.199 with Johan Zarco in third and Maverick Vinales in fourth.
Hector Faubel, Efren Vasquez and and Kent's team-mate Jonas Folger join the former Red Bull Rookie on the second row. Taylor Mackenzie was the next best-placed British rider in 20th, one place ahead of Danny Webb. Harry Stafford finished in 30th.
