MotoGP bosses have informed riders at Valencia they are not to talk about the incidents at Sepang and must only speak publicly about the coming race weekend at Valencia.
All riders were summoned to a Permanent Bureau meeting at 3.30pm local time and we given a talking to by Dorna boss Carmelo Ezpeleta. The exact conversations that went on will remain behind closed doors but Valentino Rossi said that no-one was supposed to speak about Sepang.
“For sure a lot of people have spoken about the race and the incident. Carmelo and also the FIM say to us that we don’t say nothing more about the past, about Sepang, and I am in agree as we have to focus on the target,” said The Doctor.
