DAVE HOLLAND FESTIVAL WEEKEND

A festival to celebrate the life and memory of club racer and international motocross rider Dave Holland is planned for the first weekend of October at Cadwell Park.
A former international motorcrosser and teammate to Chris Walker, Dave turned road racer in 2001 and competed in New Era Formula 600 Club and Super Club until 2004. He didn't have many major successes but was just a true legend around the paddock.
Renowned for dressing up as Tellytubby La La, his character was unique - a real laugh and famous for appearing on the series Scratchin' on Men and Motors. He passed away 11 November 2007 aged 40.
The festival is on Saturday, October 4  and will be a weekend not to be missed in true Holland style – fun and laughter round the paddock!
A marquee will house a live band to get us warmed up for the Rodeo Bull and hog roast (free to all riders).  We would love as many riders who shared the tarmac with Dave to race aswell, please call Mark from Holbeach Motorcycle Tyres on 07733324640 or Glyn Ormerod on 07786 006860 with any queries.

Let’s do Dave proud, arrive in numbers and celebrate his life in style – as he is truly missed by many.
