Former British 250GP contender and multiple Thundersport champion Gary May will make a return to racing in 2014 after a three-year break.
May has opted to ride with the CRMC club this season after organising a replica Seeley-framed Suzuki T500, built by Geoff Wells, and will make his debut over Easter at Pembrey.
The Suzuki has been built by Wells with choice items such as Maxton replica Ceriani forks, Minnovation rear hub, rear shocks and genuine Seeley tank from CRMC member Pete Russell, AP Lockheed calipers and other parts from Dennis Trollope and PowerDynamo ignition.
“After the test at Llandow I felt very enthusiastic about the bike, I was really surprised after a few adjustments how well it handled, and with 60bhp and plenty of torque its pretty quick,” said May.
