After a successful start to the 2009 Superteen challenge JDF Racing is looking for a third rider to join the squad for the Aprilia Superteen Challenge with a view to helping them up the racing ladder.
The series, which runs under the Thundersport banner, already has a grid-busting entry list but JDF, who also look after the club's Moto-Academy, are looking to expand it even further.
"We are looking in particular for a rookie currently in the series or wanting to enter the series, part of the deal will be the supply of a new team bike for the rider. We want to bring a young rider in alongside Danny Murphy and Matt Davies, both riders having had a very impressive start at the opening round at Mallory and on course within our development plan for the riders," said team boss John Davies.
JDF are also the operational management for the Thundersport British Moto-Academy with 2008 Superteen Champion and Red Bull Rookie rider Fraser Rogers as the lead rider. As Dave Stewart has stated we are looking to stream suitable riders to the upper echelons of the sport. As the sport is currently restructuring itself we felt this was an ideal opportunity to launch our programme.
