Former MotoGP tyre suppliers Michelin have launched a new range of tyres which should be perfect for all levels of racer from Mini-Twins and Junior Powerbikes right up to GP1 and Superstock.

The Power One range comprises 20 models available in eight sizes. With nine different rubber compounds approved for road riding, this tire family delivers optimal performance whether used for racing or on track days.

The Michelin Power One treaded range provides maximum grip, nearly on a par with a slick tire, even at lean angles between 40° to 60°. And because it gets heat in very quickly, you shouldn't have to worry about first-turn grip.

There are also the Power One 16.5-inch slick and rain tyre is available in seven versions, with two sizes and eleven rubber compounds developed exclusively for track use and in particular for high-level competition.
