Legendary TT riders John McGuinness, Steve Plater and Keith Amor will be the star guests at a chat show hosted by the North Yorkshire Road Racing Supporters Club (NYRRSC). Taking place at 7.30pm on Tuesday 4 October in Northallerton, the special event will give bike fans a chance to meet three of road racing’s biggest stars and find out about their FIM Endurance World Championship campaign with the Honda TT Legends.
The novice EWC team have now contested four rounds of the championship – the Bol d’Or 24-hour, the Albacete 8-hour, the Suzuka 8-hour and the Le Mans 24hr – as well as competing on more familiar territory at the 2011 Isle of Man TT and Ulster GP. Along with team rider Cameron Donald, McGuinness and Amor secured an impressive 5th place at Le Mans, and attend the NYRRSC Chat Show just a couple of days after appearing at the Stars at Darley event at Darley Moor.
Guest interviewer Andy McGladdery will quiz all three riders on the season to date and their experiences in both the EWC and road racing events. This will be followed by a Q&A session, allowing guests to pose their own questions to their racing heroes. A short interval mid-evening will provide the opportunity for photos and autograph signing and there will also be a raffle with Honda TT Legends goodies up for grabs.
The NYRRSC chat show will take place on Tuesday 4 October at the Golden Lion Hotel, Northallerton, DL7 8PP. Doors will open at 7.30pm with the chat show taking place from 8-10pm. Tickets are £7 per person and available to purchase on the door. Food and drink can be purchased at the venue.
