Honda Racing’s Conor Cummins looks set to be ruled out of the upcoming Ulster Grand Prix after breaking his left forearm in a crash at the Southern 100 yesterday.
Cummins went down with Ivan Lintin, James Cowton and Tom Parkes during the Supersport race. He was taken to Noble’s Hospital where a broken arm was diagnosed following X-rays.
Race officials say Cummins is comfortable but will undergo surgery later today while Parkes has been discharged. Lintin and Cowton were allowed back to the paddock yesterday.
