William Dunlop has been forced to withdraw from tomorrow's Vauxhall North West 200 after sustained a heavily-bruised back during a crash in last night's Superstock race.
Dunlop was pinged off his Temple Golf R1 at Church Corner and although he didn't break any bones, the battering he took means he can't ride tomorrow.
"We have made big steps forward with the superbike and I am disappointed I won’t have the chance to ride it in the North West 200 superbike races,” Dunlop said.
