2025 Isle of Man TT, SSTK Q Results: Davey Todd fastest of all ahead of SSTK TT

Davey Todd held firm to end an extended week of qualifying practice for the 2025 Isle of Man TT with the fastest time of all aboard his Superstock machine.

Todd swept to the top of the timesheets in the final moments of a truncated Saturday Q4 session with a 133.155mph, which was not only enough to make him quickest among the Superstock ranks, but was quicker than the fastest Superbike time set by Dean Harrison.

The unusual situation has been stimulated by having significantly less track time due to poor weather conditions over the course of the week, forcing riders to choose carefully which machines to ride during the precious moments when the sessions could go ahead.

Regardless, Todd may well go on to use his Superstock machine for the Superbike TT, which takes place on Monday having been rescheduled from its original Sunday position.

Things remain close at the front though with Todd only marginally ahead of Dean Harrison on the factory Honda CBR1000RR-R, the 2019 Senior TT winner clocking in at 132.290mph.

Peter Hickman ends the week in third place but will take no further part in the event after suffering injuries in a crash on Friday evening.

Michael Dunlop focused primarily on his Superbike-specification ROKiT BMW M 1000 RR during Sunday's shortened 40mins session, leaving in fourth place on the Superstock timesheets as the last of the four riders to breach 130mph.

One of the big movers in Sunday's Superstock session was Conor Cummins, who consolidated his strong Superbike form by lifting up to fifth overall, the Burrows Engineering/RK Racing BMW rider still an evident threat for another TT podium come race day.

Ian Hutchinson impressed on the moobob MLav Racing BMW to end the week in sixth, ahead of Mike Browne on the KTS Racing BMW, Domninic Herbertson on the HRRC Honda, James Hind on the North Lincs Honda and Nathan Harrison on the H&H Honda.

The first Superstock TT race will take place on Tuesday.
