2025 Isle of Man TT, STwins TT Results 2: Michael Dunlop completes Supertwin TT double

Michael Dunlop maintained his stranglehold on the Supertwin TT class to double up and claim his fourth victory of the 2025 Isle of Man TT.

In another dominant performance by the Ulsterman, Dunlop was never headed throughout the encounter as he saw off the challenge of Davey Todd.

Aboard his trusty Paton S1-R, Dunlop quickly opened a margin on his rival aboard the same machine to lead Todd by 12 seconds at the end of the opening lap.

Though Dunlop would lose time to Todd in the pit-stops, he simply rebuilt his margin over the course of lap two.

Extending his margin out to 25 seconds by the flag, the result sees Dunlop add a 33rd win to his career TT victory tally in a week that also saw him victorious in both Supersport races and the first Supertwin race.

Todd held on for second as he continued to rack up podiums, while Paul Jordan took advantage of having Dunlop as a reference point when he was overtaken by the eventual race winner to haul himself into podium contention.

Having already benefited from a DNF for Rob Hodson as he ran third, Jordan made up big ground in the closing stages, but it wasn’t quite enough to deny Dominic Herbertson the position as Paton scored a 1-2-3.

Behind Jordan, Mike Browne rounded out the top five, ahead of Adam McLean, Baz Furber, Joe Yeardsley, Michal Dokoupil and Michael Sweeney.
