ANDREWS RELISHING ROADS DEBUT AT MACAU

British Superbike star Simon Andrews reckons he is relishing the chance to make his road racing debut at the forthcoming Macau GP but said it isn't a forerunner to a TT appearance.

Andrews, who took his MSS Colchester Kawasaki to sixth in the BSB standings this year, will go to Macau after the Kings of Wanneroo meeting in Australia early next month.

"I'm flying down to Australia today and that should be an interesting race and then onto Macau for the first time," said Andrews, speaking to bikesportnews.com this morning.

"I have always wanted to do Macau and came close to it last year. I haven't done a proper road race before so I am really looking forward to it. I have thought about the TT a couple of times, but I reckon it is something to do later on in my career. I want to concentrate on wins in BSB first."
