Alan Bonner secured two wins at the Carole Nash Kells Road Races, his success follows his recent impressive Isle Of Man TT outing.

ZX-10R Kawasaki-mounted Bonner produced two superb performances winning both the Open race and the Grand Final Superbike race.

Pole sitter Derek McGee had to settle for the runner up spot in both races, Alan Kenny filling the final step on the podium in the Open Race and Brian McCormack in the Grand Final.

In his first race since his crash which put him out of the TT William Dunlop took the honours in the Supersport Race from Seamous Elliott 2nd and Paul Jordan 3rd. He also had respectable results on his supersport machine in the Open and Grand Final races.

Derek McGee did have some success winning the Supertwins Race from Conor Behan in second and Mikael Dokoupil in third.
