Riders Ducati team leader Michael Rutter will travel to this year's Macau Grand Prix fully fit and recovered from the broken ribs inflicted on him in a British Superbike accident at Cadwell Park earlier in the season.
The Midlander was in collision with Josh Brookes going through Hall Bends and came off worse in the encounter. It put him out of contention for the series' Showdown finale but the veteran says he is now looking forward to the season finale on the Guia circuit.
“It’s a unique race and you never know till you get out on track, there are some good riders competing but I hope to do well and winning would be a bonus. I am now totally recovered from the injuries acquired at Cadwell Park earlier in the BSB season and am 100% fighting fit and ready to go," he said.
