Pauline Jefferies, wife of Tony and mother to David has died.
She was found at her home yesterday afternoon. The cause of death is yet to established but a heart attack is suspected.
Her funeral is on Tuesday, 10th June at St Peters Church, Shipley, West Yorkshire at 1pm.
