Sidecar star Phil Dongworth's funeral will be on Tuesday (August 4) at Worcester Crematorium. Mr Dongworth was killed in a crash practicing for the Southern 100 earlier this month.

Friends and racing colleagues are invited to attend the funeral to celebrate the 43-year-old’s life. His family's said this will be a celebration of the man and his life and have said anyone attending can wear casual clothes, team wear or whatever they feel comfortable in.

There are plans for a parade of bikes from WAS Autocentre to the crematorium.

After the service, you are invited to Drumand’s Bar in Worcester, formerly The Green Room.

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made on the day to the ACU Benevolent Fund.

The crematorium is situated in Astwood Street, Worcester, WR3 8HA.
