We mean it, you know, it's imperative you dedicate around 16-and-a-half minutes - well, 16m 36.115secs to be precise - to watching this, but in return we assure you Peter Hickman's record-obliterating lap at the 2023 Isle of Man TT on the Monster Energy FHO Racing BMW M 1000 RR is the best 16-and-a-half minutes you'll enjoy today, tomorrow and every day thereafter.
Having spent the last few year's perfecting every inch of the 37.7-mile Snaefell Circuit that wends across the Manx isle and blasts up, over and back down The Mountain, it all came together for the Louth rider on the final lap of the second Superstock TT race.
Having begun race week on the back foot after Michael Dunlop stole a march with a new benchmark of 135.531mph in final qualifying practice that toppled Hickman from a mantle he'd held for five years, the BSB race winner reclaimed his title in breathtaking style.
The first ever lap to average more than 136mph, in terms of time, Hickman's lap was a comfortable 6.074s quicker than Dunlop's own mighty effort.
And don't assume it comes easy, as this on-board proves, a video that chronicles every galloping horse licking the rev limiter, every shake of the BMW's head and ass, every inch that separates man, machine and the blur of nature's unforgiving furniture either side, every thud of nerves borne from solid steel... if you're watching this on the loo, trust us, it's the most extreme poop you'll ever experience.
So find those 16m 36.115s in your day... the kids can be late for school today, your dinner may be a bit burned, watch Corrie on catch-up, you can miss your train stop on the way to work, let your arse go numb on the toilet.
It's worth it...
