Milwaukee Yamaha's roads duo William Dunlop and Conor Cummins have completed the shakedown test of the R1s they will campaign in this year's international road races, starting with the North West 200 in three weeks' time.
Both riders put in around 70 laps of the Lincolnshire circuit, alongside the team's MCE British Superbike riders James Ellison and Josh Waters, and crew chief Mick Shanley said they were now in good shape for the season.
"Both Conor and Michael felt really good after the day. The bikes are where we want them to be and I think we are well set up for the North West 200 and then the Isle of Man," said Shanley, speaking to bikesportnews.com on his way back to That Up North.
