Practice for the 2009 Isle of Man TT festival kicks off tonight with untimed session for bikes at 6.20pm until 7.55pm and then sidecars from 8pm to 8.50pm.

The first timed practice is on Monday night at the same times and the schedule follows that pattern every night next week until Saturday when the Superbike TT kicks off at midday, followed by the sidecar race one at 3pm.

Multiple-MotoGP Champion Valentino Rossi will lead a parade lap on Saturday  around the circuit and will be joined by Isle of Man legend and compatriot Giacomo Agostini.
