Lincolnshire's Gary Johnson will go into Monday's opening Sure Supersport TT full of confidence after putting in the sixth fastest practice time on the Valmoto MV Agusta.

But it hasn't been plain sailing for Jack Valentine's squad as a now-fixed electrical glitch has added to the other practice week weather and house fire woes .

“It’s great to be back at the TT, I love it here. It has been frustrating for the team to have technical issues after all their hard work but that is what practice sessions are for! We’re confident the bike will be up there as we put in the sixth fastest time from a standing start on Thursday and are happy with the progress we’ve made since then," said Johnson.
