Isle of Man TT clerk of the course Gary Thompson has postponed tomorrow's Dainese Superbike TT until Sunday in order for more practice to take place.
So far, only one evening has been run under sunny and dry conditions, so after consultation with riders, it has been decided to push it back 24 hours with a provisional start time of 2.15pm. The Sidecar race will run tomorrow at midday with a 10.30-11.30 Superbike, Supersport, Superstock practice session before-hand.
"I have discussed with a number of riders the unsatisfactory and inclement conditions of practice and feel uncomfortable to run the Superbikes with them having had just one session in the dry. They will now have another practice session during Saturday with the race on Sunday afternoon," said Thompson, speaking to bikesportnews.com.
