Deteriorating weather conditions have meant that tonight's planned Isle of Man TT practice has had to be abandoned entirely.

Clerk of the Course Gary Thompson had no option but to call a halt to the session before it even began, as rain was beginning to fall on parts of the course and cloud was coming down over the mountain.

It is hoped that tomorrow's sessions will get underway as planned and on time.
