GoEleven Ducati's Chaz Davies believes he is ready to race his satellite Panigale V4R after two more days of WorldSBK testing at Aragon.
The Welshman set the pace on day one and finished day two eight-tenths off the pace after struggling to make the most of the Pirelli qualifiers.
"It was really good actually, really positive two days, I'm very happy with the way it went. Another sort of natural progression from Barcelona tests again," said Davies, speaking at the track.
"I've only been working with these guys a few days, just clicking on from where we were a couple of weeks ago.
"I didn't do a full consecutive race distance but we did race distance on practically every set of tyres that we use so. With the fresh race tyres we were quite consistent but usually, for me as long as I can feel right with a bike, the race distance kind of takes care of itself.
"It was busy, a very busy day. We had a lot to evaluate and quite a few changes on the bike, some positive some less, but overall I think we have a really clear picture on what's working.
"I feel like I have a bike I can race now, if we need to race tomorrow I feel like I am ready to do that. Today I was comfortable, which is the most important thing. I am happy with the way all the guys have been working."
Davies also got to try the new, MotoGP-derived Brembo calipers which he also favoured.
"Obviously, they're very different to look at and also really different compared to what I use on the bike. I use slightly older generation caliper. Yeah, they were actually very powerful.
"I think maybe this time of year and maybe thi circuit is not the place to tests the brakes. But when we get into the heat, and we're stressing the materials and got really high temperatures, then that's when these calipers will come into their own but overall it was quite positive."
