Red Bull Honda's Leon Camier says he is hoping for a return to WorldSBK action at the Imola round but added: 'The doctors are not so sure...'
The Andorra resident broke three ribs and bruised a lung when he crashed at Aragon and was run over by the luckless Jordi Torres but he has now been home for nearly a week and reports his recovery is going well.
"I'm definitely feeling a lot better day by day. It's a long process and I'm taking it day by day but I'm hoping to be back at Imola but the doctors aren't quite so sure," said Camier.
"I'm having scans to see how everything is healing. I feel pretty lucky to come away as unscathed as I did. I need some more time and a big thanks to everyone who has sent me get well messages."
