Superpole three
Ben Spies 1'37.626
Jakub Smrz 1'37.765
Leon Haslam 1'38.072
Yamaha's Ben Spies did just three flying laps in final Superpole session, beating even his own second session time, to set his fourth pole position of the season, just a tenth in front of Jakub Smrz with Leon Haslam in third, pushing Noriyuki Haga into fourth in the dying seconds.
Michel Fabrizio is at the head of the second row with Max Neukirchner in sixth and Carlos Checa one place behind. Tom Sykes rounds out the second row, 1.1s in arrears. Both Spies and Sykes crashed in turn one in the final free practice session, as did Noriyuki Haga.
Superpole two
Ben Spies 1'37.715
Jakub Smrz 1'37.957
Max Neukirchner 1'38.084
Spies put in a blistering lap to better Neukirchner's fastest-ever lap of Assen in Superpole one to go three-tenths faster than Smrz, with the German rider sitting in third place.
Both Jonathan Rea and Tom Sykes were very late out onto track. Rea's bike stopped in the pitlane and he was only able to do a handful of laps, and Sykes was out even later but managed to grab the last place in Superpole three.

Superpole one
Max Neukirchner 1'37.946
Troy Corser 1'38.339
Max Biaggi 1'38.476
Neukirchner set the fastest ever lap of Assen using a qualifying tyre with only two minutes of the session gone. Both Corser and Biaggi left it to the very last minute to put in their times and Byrne was in the top three until he was bumped into fourth by the Roman Emperor.
Rea and Kiyonari set the inital pace until Neukirchner went fastest with Laconi in second for a couple of minutes. He was displaced by Haga who was, in turn, knocked down the order by team-mate Fabrizio.
