Former MotoGP star Loris Baz is almost back to full fitness ahead of this weekend's Aragon WorldSBK round.
The Frenchman is not feeling any pain while training after the Phillip Island crash which left him with a fractured right shoulder.
“I’m pleased because my shoulder is now almost 100 per cent. I’ve been training fairly hard since Thailand and am not feeling any pain so that's good. As for Aragón, it’s always a little different when the championship lands in Europe," said Baz.
"I hope we can start from where we were on Friday in Thailand, with strong pace. We have a few ideas to improve some aspects of the bike and hopefully the electronics too. I’m looking forward to the race, I have some great SBK memories at this track, one that I think should suit the bike quite well. The whole team was left disappointed after Buriram and I think we are all very motivated ahead of this race.”
