Britain's Craig Jones is aiming to get his first World Supersport win of the year in front of his home crowd at Brands Hatch this weekend.

After his heartbreak of retiring from the lead in the Brno race, the www.bikesportnews.com columnist is desperate for a victory to move himself into title contention.

Simon Buckmaster, Team Manager Parkalgar Honda: “This weekend at Brands Hatch will be an important one for the team as it will show case us to one of our home audiences – the other being in Portugal, the home to our team owner Parkalgar, the circuit complex that will host the final round of the Championship this year.

“I know Craig can and will do well, he is really focused on his training and his racing as that will pull in the win that we all want so much. Our Parkalgar Hondas are working just how both our riders want them too and I know they will be competitive at Brands Hatch. Put simply, we will be going all out for the victory every time we take to the track."
